Readers write to us with questions, corrections and ideas. You will reply with care, keep discussions respectful, and make sure that the content team hears what readers need.

Responsibilities
- Reply to messages from the contact form, the newsletter and social channels within the agreed response time.
- Moderate comments and community spaces in line with clear, published guidelines.
- Direct readers to the right article or tool. Do not give personal medical advice. Encourage readers to see a doctor or dermatologist about health concerns.
- Record common questions, and suggest new articles, FAQs and tools.
- Pass corrections to the editor, and thank readers who report them.
- Handle complaints calmly, and escalate privacy or safety concerns promptly.
- Protect personal data, and follow the privacy policy.
- Report each month on themes and reader sentiment.
Qualifications
- Experience of community management, moderation or customer support.
- Warm, clear written communication.
- Patience and good judgment with difficult messages.
- An understanding of the difference between general information and medical advice.
- Awareness of privacy and data protection basics.
- Interest in beauty, hair care and skincare.
