About the role
ArniSun publishes practical guides and free tools on beauty, hair care and skincare. We are looking for a digital advertising specialist to manage advertising on the site, and paid campaigns that bring in new readers.
Readers come first. Advertisements must be clearly labeled, must not slow pages noticeably or shift content around, and are shown only with the consent that privacy law requires.

Responsibilities
- Manage advertisement placements on the website, including formats, sizes and positions.
- Work with advertising partners and networks, and check that their code meets our standards.
- Monitor the effect of advertising on page speed, layout stability and reader experience.
- Make sure that advertising and tracking respect cookie consent choices.
- Plan, run and optimize paid campaigns for selected content and tools.
- Review advertisements for unsuitable or misleading claims, especially about health and beauty results.
- Report on revenue, costs and return each month.
- Keep records of approved partners, code and domains.
Qualifications
- Experience of ad operations, or of managing paid campaigns.
- Familiarity with common advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- An understanding of privacy and consent rules for advertising.
- Awareness of advertising standards for health and beauty claims.
- A good grasp of web performance, and of how advertising affects it.
- Careful record keeping and clear reporting.
