About the role
ArniSun publishes practical guides on beauty, hair care and skincare. We are looking for a graphic designer to give our articles, tools and social channels a consistent, welcoming visual identity.
Each article has a short image brief. You will turn those briefs into featured images, simple diagrams and comparison graphics that help readers to understand a topic at a glance.

Responsibilities
- Design featured images and in-article graphics from written briefs.
- Create infographics, step-by-step visuals and comparison charts.
- Prepare graphics in the sizes needed for the website and for social platforms.
- Represent a wide range of skin tones, hair textures and ages in illustrations and image choices.
- Export web-ready files that are optimized for fast loading, with sensible file names.
- Follow, and help to develop, the ArniSun brand guidelines for color, type and layout.
- Work with writers and the editor to make sure that visuals match the text.
- Keep source files organized and documented.
Qualifications
- A portfolio that shows editorial, web or social graphics.
- Proficiency with professional design software.
- A strong sense of layout, typography and color, including color contrast for accessibility.
- Experience of preparing images for the web, including modern formats and responsive sizes.
- An understanding of image licensing, and of using only properly licensed or original assets.
- Good communication, and the ability to work from written briefs.
