We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Bidding Manager to join our Web Design and Development Company. This role will be responsible for managing the online bidding process to secure web design and development projects from various online platforms and clients. If you have a passion for web design and development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of winning projects through online bidding, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive online bidding strategy to identify potential projects, assess their feasibility, and determine the best approach to secure them.
Maintain and expand our presence on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others. Create and optimize company profiles, portfolios, and proposals.
Identify and research potential clients, projects, and opportunities. Proactively reach out to clients through online platforms and other channels.
Create persuasive and professional project proposals that address client needs, showcase our company's capabilities, and differentiate us from competitors.
Collaborate with the pricing team to develop competitive and profitable project pricing strategies that align with market trends and client budgets.
Engage in negotiations with clients to secure contracts, favorable terms, and project details. Ensure the final agreements meet the company's objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to adjust bidding strategies accordingly.
Monitor and analyze bidding performance metrics, such as win rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated through online bidding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure smooth project transitions and successful project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in online bidding and securing web design and development projects.
Strong understanding of web design and development processes and technologies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in using online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
