As a Team Leader at our Web Design and Development company, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of talented web designers and developers to create exceptional websites and web applications. You will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring the team's productivity, and maintaining high-quality standards in design and development. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of web designers, developers, and other technical professionals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and growth.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
Manage workload distribution, project assignments, and resource allocation.
Oversee multiple web design and development projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends, technologies, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping to solve complex technical challenges.
Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain high coding standards.
Ensure that all web projects meet or exceed quality standards, including design aesthetics, functionality, and performance.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and guidelines.
Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and building strong relationships.
Communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
Address client feedback and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in web design, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in web design and development, with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
Previous leadership or team management experience.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in web design and development tools, languages, and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, CMS platforms).
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
