We are looking for a TypeScript Intern to join our development team and gain hands-on experience in modern JavaScript development with TypeScript. This internship is ideal for candidates who have a strong foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end or back-end frameworks. The intern will work on real-world projects, collaborating with experienced developers to write strongly-typed, maintainable, and scalable code.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in the development of web applications, APIs, or mobile applications using TypeScript.
Write clean, maintainable, and type-safe code with TypeScript.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to integrate TypeScript into existing projects.
Implement strongly-typed interfaces, enums, generics, and advanced TypeScript features.
Work with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, or Node.js.
Debug and optimize TypeScript applications for performance and security.
Use version control tools like Git/GitHub for source code management.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and team discussions.
Stay up to date with TypeScript best practices and ecosystem updates.
Work with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, or Cypress) to ensure code reliability.

Requirements and Skills

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Knowledge of static typing, interfaces, generics, and TypeScript decorators.
Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development (Preferred).
Understanding of Node.js and Express.js for back-end development (Preferred).
Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Knowledge of asynchronous programming (Promises, Async/Await).
Familiarity with module bundlers like Webpack, Rollup, or Vite.
Understanding of state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or NgRx).
Experience with testing tools (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
Basic understanding of database integration (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, or MySQL).
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Vercel, or Netlify) (Preferred).
